Job Summary:
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality patient care, focusing on quality outcomes and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patients with all aspects of care, including chronic conditions, well care, and acute care.
• Maintain the State of Illinois and Federal DEA license.
• Maintain Copley Memorial Hospital clinical privileges, if applicable.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
• Current licensure from the State of Illinois as a Registered Professional Nurse and Advance Practice Nurse.
• Master of Science in Nursing with clinical specialty appropriate to the position.
• Current certification by the American Nurse Credentialing Center or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with 2 years of experience in area of clinical specialty.
• Excellent communication skills.
