Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Framing Team as a Framing Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, completing framing orders with precision and quality, and delivering sales and production results.

Key Responsibilities

• BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized framing solutions.
• COMPLETE FRAMING ORDERS WITH HIGH QUALITY AND ON TIME: Ensure timely delivery of high-quality framing orders that meet customer expectations.
• DELIVER SALES AND PRODUCTION RESULTS: Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high productivity standards.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• DELIVER FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
