Job Summary:

Pacer Staffing is seeking a skilled Avionics Technician to join our team. As an Avionics Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Construct, troubleshoot, calibrate, adjust, test, diagnose, and maintain equipment, components, devices, or systems.
  • Work from schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions.
  • Operate related equipment; conduct tests and report data in a prescribed format.
  • Perform calibration and alignment checks; make adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed.
  • Prepare prescribed compounds and solutions.
  • Utilize expertise in wire routing, continuity testing, and crimping.

Requirements:

  • Good experience in wire routing, continuity testing, and crimping.
  • Ability to work from schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Work Schedule:

Candidates must be available for all shifts offered, including 2nd Shift (4:30pm-3:00am) and Weekend Shift (Thurs-Sun, 6:00am-4:30pm).
