Key Responsibilities- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures, handling instruments, supplies, and equipment with precision and attention to detail.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team, maintaining a vigilant focus on the sterile field to ensure a safe and efficient operating environment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care, adhering to strict standards of hygiene and safety.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of operating room experience preferred; CSTFA certification a plus.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months of hire.
- Competitive hourly rate: $29.65 - $44.90 per hour.
