About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc. as a Nurse in our outpatient dialysis center. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide empathetic and compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment
  • Oversee a group of patients with the support of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs)
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
