IT Director

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Director to lead our digital transformation efforts and drive technological innovation across our U.S. and international operations.

This key role will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in IT and digitilization efforts, aligning technology initiatives with business goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT leadership, with experience in managing Windows-based networks and infrastructure, as well as a proven track record of driving organizational transformation through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Strategy: Provide strategic leadership in IT and digitilization efforts, aligning technology initiatives with business goals and objectives.
• IT Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring smooth delivery of IT services and support to all departments and international offices.
• Digital Transformation and Innovation: Lead efforts in digitization and automation projects, leveraging Microsoft technologies to enhance business processes and efficiency.
• Change Management and Collaboration: Champion change management initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field required.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in a technical environment with hands-on experience in developing or managing spreadsheet and database applications.
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a diverse team.
• Proven experience in change management and driving organizational transformation through technology.
• Expertise in managing Windows-based networks and infrastructure.
