Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $19.00 per hour or more, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:

  • Health insurance - Blue Cross, Blue Shield Anthem Bronze plan
  • Paid training upon successful completion of the training and moving forward to employment
  • Paid sick time/PTO - Up to 56 hours per calendar year
  • Paid vacation - 40 hours at 1 year anniversary, 80 hours at 3 year anniversary, 120 hours at 6 year anniversary

About the Position

This is a fantastic opportunity for an EMT with telecommunications experience to learn the ropes of dispatching and work in a dynamic environment. As a Calltaker/Dispatcher, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering and dispatching emergency calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Coordinating crew members, ambulances, and equipment to ensure efficient response times
  • Providing support via telemetry, radio, GPS services, and tracking software

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a strong attention to detail.
