Position Overview:
As a Travel Nurse RN, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing exceptional care in a dynamic environment. This role requires a commitment to patient safety and comfort while delivering high-quality nursing services.
Shift Details:
- Shift Timing: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse
- RTO: Must be submitted at the time of application, with a maximum of 7 days allowed.
- Note: No block scheduling requests will be accommodated at this time.
- Attire: Solid black scrubs are mandatory.
Unit Information:
This position is within a 34-bed cardiac Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and Telemetry stroke overflow unit. Candidates must be willing to float between units as needed. Proficiency in managing cardiac drips and familiarity with Epic software within the last year is essential.
Patient Care Ratios:
- Typical nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4, occasionally 1:5
Compliance Requirements:
- Personal Health Vaccination Records
- 2-Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) testing
- Negative Chest X-Ray documentation
- Completion of competency exams and skills checklists
- Background checks and education verification
Contractual Details:
- Contract Duration: 97 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: As per contract agreement
