We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at Community Health Network. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care to a diverse population with complex medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with respiratory failure, post-trauma, dialysis, cardiac, and mechanical ventilator support.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit performance.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana.
- Acute care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
