Dietary Worker

Lucent Group, a leading provider of healthcare services, is seeking highly motivated Dietary Workers to join our team.

Salary: $22.50 per hour (plus $1,000 Sign on Bonus)

Location: Roscoe, NY

We are looking for experienced professionals to assist in the preparation and delivery of meals to residents in our long term care nursing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of meals, beverages or snacks
• Deliver trays and carts to resident floors and dining rooms
• Assemble resident meal trays and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Sweep and mop floors, dispose of trash and recyclables, and follow proper cleaning techniques

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English, follow directions and complete tasks
• Ability to interact positively with residents, families, clients, and other personnel
• Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, bend and walk for extended periods of time
