Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machinist to join our team at Precision Castparts Corp. As a Senior Machinist, you will be responsible for operating CNC Mills, Lathes, and Swiss/Star Machines, inspecting produced components, and completing work order documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC Mills, Lathes, and Swiss/Star Machines
  • Inspect produced components per blueprint using standard inspection techniques
  • Load/unload parts in provided work holding method per setup
  • Replace broken cutting tools/inserts as needed
  • Deburr parts as required
  • Complete work order documentation in accordance with AS9100 quality standards
  • Perform light maintenance duties on equipment
  • Keep work center clean and free of debris
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in aerospace/automotive machining or related industry
  • Familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, CELOS controllers
  • Preferred certifications in CNC operations
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent required
