Key Responsibilities:
Building Operations and Maintenance:
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to building systems and equipment, ensuring optimal functionality of pumps, valves, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Install and fine-tune building equipment to sustain peak operational performance.
- Carry out repairs on building finishes, including ceiling tiles and door hardware, as well as perform painting tasks.
Safety and Compliance:
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and promptly address safety and maintenance requirements.
- Manage and maintain fire and life safety systems in accordance with applicable codes and regulations.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Emergency Response and Tenant Relations:
- Respond swiftly to emergencies and tenant inquiries to uphold high standards of tenant satisfaction.
- Contribute to the maintenance of the building's safety, security, and operational integrity.
Process Enhancement:
- Assess maintenance processes and suggest improvements to boost efficiency and resource utilization.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in maintenance, preferably within commercial properties.
- Proficient in the use of various tools and equipment.
- Physical capability to meet job demands, including prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
- Technologically adept with smartphones, tablets, and computers for job-related tasks.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and demonstrating pride in workmanship.
Qualifications:
- At least three years of experience in maintenance, with a solid understanding of building systems, operations, and maintenance practices.
