System Architect

Job Title: System Architect - IT Operations

At Hidden Villa Ranch, we are looking for a skilled System Architect - IT Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring high levels of reliability, scalability, and security.

• Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions that meet business needs, considering factors such as scalability, reliability, and security.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement backup and redundancy strategies to protect against data loss and system failure.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement new software and hardware, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, computer systems engineering, or systems engineering and analysis, with at least 4-7 years of experience as an IT systems professional. Expert knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Windows Server 2022 and below, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange 2019 and below is required. Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of server maintenance, release management, and change control processes, virtualization and containerization (ESXi, ProxMox), and systems availability, backup, and disaster recovery disciplines is also necessary.

• An estimated salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
