Physical Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our growing rehabilitation department at CodeForce. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to our patients in a rural Critical Access Hospital and Outpatient Clinic setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective physical therapy plans to meet the needs of our patients
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Coordinators (RCAs) to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop targeted treatment plans
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper equipment usage, body positioning, and therapy techniques
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in a clear and concise manner
Qualifications:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Current, unencumbered license to practice physical therapy in the state of Montana
  • Experience working in a rural or Critical Access Hospital setting is an asset
