Lewis Tree Service Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Foreperson to lead our arboriculture team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our utility line clearance projects.

• Team Leadership: Lead a team of Forepersons and Asst. General Forepersons to achieve production results and maintain a positive team environment.
• Work Oversight & Safety: Plan and manage production, bid new work, and work together with utility foresters/inspectors to clarify work specifications and address customer issues.
• Personnel Management: Ensure employees receive training, appraise performance, and identify high-potential employees for leadership succession.
• Record Keeping: Maintain records and documentation related to man-hours, equipment, and customer records.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Leadership experience in the utility line clearance industry at the Foreperson or Asst. General Foreperson position.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of trees, and ability to perform physical labor.
