About the Job

We're seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our team in Swampscott, MA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our clinical teams, and contributing to our mission of delivering innovative healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient histories and physical examinations, crafting personalized treatment plans and workups.
  • Treat adult patients, interpreting x-rays, lab results, and EKGs with supervision from our physicians.
  • Triage and manage patient flow efficiently, minimizing wait times and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Review and manage daily tasks, including patient callbacks regarding lab results, with support from our Central Support team.
  • Lead day-to-day operations for your team of medical assistants and support staff, providing oversight and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • MEDICAL/Master's degree and certification as a Physician Assistant in Massachusetts, along with current national certification.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in primary care or a similar setting, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to consult and treat patients of all ages, maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
