  • Prepare bedrooms for incoming families, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.
  • Inventory and manage cleaning supplies, reporting any issues or concerns to the Family Services Manager.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to achieve shared goals and objectives in support of the RMHC mission and values.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to follow written and oral directions, with a focus on product usage and cleaning protocols.
  • Dependability and flexibility in scheduled time and location are essential.
  • Ability to interact with guests in a friendly and respectful manner.
  • Ability to perform consistent work to the highest standards, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in basic English.
Working Conditions

This role operates in a professional work environment, requiring the ability to concentrate and remain focused while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities. The successful candidate will be able to perform bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, and lifting of moderate to heavy weight materials up to 50 pounds, as well as frequently climb stairs and walk distances up to approximately 80 yards.
