Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide services for 3rd-5th grade students in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and be able to work effectively in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech therapy services to students in a school setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure seamless integration of speech therapy services into the educational program
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop strategies to address them
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school setting
  • Active or pending state SLP license
  • ASHA certification a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
