Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership:
    Direct and oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Monitor all activities on the production floor, providing support and troubleshooting for complex issues.
  • Safety Management:
    Uphold compliance with all safety regulations and ensure that team members receive necessary training. Actively identify and address safety incidents to foster a secure working environment.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Guarantee compliance with cGMP and ISO standards. Maintain readiness for inspections and manage deviations effectively.
  • Team Development:
    Facilitate the training and development of manufacturing personnel, ensuring that individual training plans align with team objectives. Engage actively on the floor to promote knowledge sharing and adherence to company values.
  • Documentation Oversight:
    Ensure that all documentation meets ISO/GMP standards. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Innovation and Improvement:
    Encourage a culture of continuous improvement through independent problem-solving and decision-making. Lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership capacity. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate across various levels of the organization. Certification in Lean methodologies is advantageous.
Education:
A High School Diploma is required. This role typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule, with a standard 8-hour day shift, though flexibility for other shifts may be necessary.
