We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Woodland Heights Medical Center. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal organs and tissues. You will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
Responsibilities:- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal organs and tissues
- Position patients to capture accurate images
- Administer contrast material as needed
- Send images to radiologists for interpretation
- Follow infection control and safety guidelines
- Graduate of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology program
- ARRT (R) certification
- ARRT (CT) certification or willingness to obtain within one year
- Texas Radiologic Technologist certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
