Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC/R Systems Specialist to join our team at JLL. This is a unique opportunity to utilize your technical expertise in building engineering and maintenance.

About the Role

This position involves operating, inspecting, and maintaining all HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain equipment in an energy-efficient and safe manner, reducing downtime by anticipating repairs and keeping records of past experiences.
  • Perform inspections and repairs on interior and exterior areas, including walls and flooring, fixtures, and roofing systems.
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment on all HVAC/R systems.
  • Complete daily/weekly work assignments, including performing preventive and repair response work orders.
  • Maintain and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, and production equipment.
  • Submit P-card receipts daily and update work order status in real-time.
  • Utilize CMMS systems for work performed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Universal CFC recovery certification (or obtained within 90 days).
  • Minimum 4 years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Valid state driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of computer applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Two years of trades school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration, and HVAC.
  • Availability for call-in work and other duties as required.
Estimated Salary Range

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
