{"h1": "Greenhouse Associate Job Description", "p": "At Clickstop, we're looking for a Greenhouse Associate to join our team at Pepper Joe's. As a Greenhouse Associate, you'll be responsible for the care and production of our pepper plants in our state-of-the-art greenhouse.

Responsibilities:

* Own and drive your role in the Pepper Joe's business through proper care and production in the Greenhouse.
* Manage greenhouse cleanliness & sanitation.
* Assist with pepper harvesting, de-seeding, and packaging.
* Assist with shipping & order coordination.
* Coordinate with the team to assist with pepper plant care. This includes planting, medium prep, pruning, fertilizer mixing, etc.
* Assist with greenhouse equipment maintenance.
* Advocate & adhere to greenhouse PPE policy.
* Seek continuous improvement & alignment with greenhouse goals.

Requirements:

* Greenhouse related professional experience is a plus but not required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident in the utilization of math throughout daily work
* Excellent planning and organizational skills
* Ability to record, organize and manage your workload
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
