About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ expert to join our team at Resource Informatics Group. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and administering SaaS business systems, with a strong focus on Salesforce CPQ.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to shape functional, legal, and financial requirements for CPQ
  • Design, prototype, build, document, and maintain solutions for the Salesforce CPQ application
  • Perform hands-on technical design, solution architecture, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and CPQ development tasks
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation based on design specifications as well as user-specific documents and support materials
  • Create and manage Price Rules, Product Rules, Discounting, Product Setup and Configuration, Product Options, Quote Templates, and Advanced Approval Rules with ability to design for complex business use cases
  • Own functional tasks and deliverables including: testing, training, reporting, support, and continuous improvement for the Salesforce CPQ application
  • Use and recommend best practices while delivering scalable high-quality solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest releases and capabilities of CPQ

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and administering SaaS business systems, with at least 4+ years of Salesforce CPQ experience
  • Passion for creating a frictionless end-user experience
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving scenarios
  • Salesforce.com certifications required: Advanced Administrator and/or Salesforce CPQ Specialist; Dev 1 and Dev 2 are nice to have
  • Bachelor's degree in technology (Computer science, Software Engineering...) is a nice to have
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales process using standard objects such as Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts etc.
  • Hands-on experience in supporting CPQ applications such as Salesforce CPQ etc. on Salesforce
  • Good understanding of Lead to Cash business process
  • Proficient in writing SOQL queries
  • Working knowledge of Invoicing applications like Zuora on Salesforce will be an added advantage
  • Must be proficient in debugging Apex code, Writing Apex Test Classes
  • Strong in developing and debugging all types of Salesforce Flows
  • Must know to debug integrations on Salesforce using REST/SOAP API tools such as Postman, SOAP UI etc.
  • Knowledge of Create a Price Rule to Modify Pricing Guidance, product bundles, multiple order and integrations with other application from CPQ is necessary
  • Validation Rules, Flows, Async Apex debugging, Duplicate Management, Bulk Data Import/Export, Roles, Profiles, Permission Set, User records Management, SOQL, Lightning components Debugging, Javascript, Visualforce page debugging.

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and market research, we estimate the salary range for this position to be around $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications. This is an estimate only and does not include additional benefits or bonuses that may be included in the total compensation package.
