Archway Physician Recruitment is seeking an experienced OBGYN physician to join our faculty team in Saginaw, MI. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to the academic program and provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Program Director in all facets of the academic program, adhering to ACGME program requirements for patient care without residents.
  • Provide clinical supervision for resident clinics, outpatient procedures, and in-patient settings, including evaluation of residents and/or medical students in the hospitals.
  • Engage in providing quality education in a clinical environment, serving diverse patients, including the medically underserved and low-income population.
  • Contribute to the departmental research objective, dedicating an average of one day per month for scholarly activity, including work on regional or national presentations, research mentoring, and peer-reviewed publications.
  • Aid in the planning and implementation of training and educational programs, including clinics, out-patient services, office-based programs, and community services.
  • Assist with the annual curriculum for conferences and monitor resident and/or medical student presentations at the conferences.
  • Lecture on relevant topics at routine conferences, Grand Rounds topics, and other conferences as educationally required for the residency program.
  • Participate in clerkship student conferences during each rotation.

Requirements:

  • MD or DO degree
  • State of Michigan licensed or eligible
  • Board-eligible or certified in OBGYN
  • Controlled Substance license
  • Must meet credentialing criteria
  • Leadership or educational experience preferred
