We are seeking a skilled Urology Physician to join our team at Franciscan Health Dyer. As a member of our well-established practice, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and cases.

Job Summary

This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package, including an income guarantee, bonus incentives, and a generous recruitment bonus program. The ideal candidate will have experience with robotic and laparoscopic procedures, as well as a strong background in urology.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing a variety of surgical procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes. This role is perfect for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care to their patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and complex urological procedures, including cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, prostate biopsy, and robotic prostatectomy.
  • Diagnose and treat patients with various urological conditions, such as obstruction, prostate cancer, hematuria, urinary incontinence, and bladder cancer.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Participate in hospital rounding and provide excellent patient care.
Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

  • A medical degree from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a urology residency program.
  • Licensure to practice medicine in the state of Indiana.
  • Board certification in urology.
  • Experience with robotic and laparoscopic procedures preferred.
