Speech Language Therapist Opportunity in School Setting

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant, a reputable healthcare staffing agency dedicated to providing exceptional opportunities nationwide. This role entails working within a school environment, delivering essential speech and language services to students with diverse communication needs.
About the RoleThis position requires a passionate and dedicated individual who can create and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals for students. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:- Perform assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals.
- Administer direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based interventions and techniques.
- Collaborate with school personnel, parents, and other professionals to enhance students' progress and communication skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is advantageous though not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
