Luxury Apartment Community Director Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Luxury Apartment Community Director to join our team at the Vintage Realty Company in Lafayette, LA. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the multifamily industry, advanced customer service and communication skills, and proficiency in OneSite software.

About the Role
This role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our luxury apartment community, including supervising all on-site employees, directing property staff and outside vendors, and providing leadership to coworkers by giving support and following through on commitments. You will also complete required monthly variance reports, contribute to the budgeting process, and maintain a positive and caring attitude while interacting with prospects and residents.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and train all on-site employees to ensure excellent customer service and efficient day-to-day operations
• Direct property staff and outside vendors to maintain high-quality services and facilities
• Provide leadership and guidance to coworkers to achieve team goals and objectives
• Complete monthly variance reports and contribute to the budgeting process to ensure financial stability and growth
• Monitor expenses and property income to adhere to budgetary goals and make recommendations for improvement
• Process lease renewals and maintain accurate records
• Maintain a clean, well-maintained, and attractive property that meets company standards
• Process monthly invoices and assist with market surveys and final account statements
• Have a working knowledge of and comply with all Federal Fair Housing standards and company policies

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the multifamily industry
• Advanced customer service and communication skills
• Experience with OneSite software
• Preferred CAM or ARM designation
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office
