Thank you for your interest in a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at NHC Springfield. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team.

Job Requirements:

  • Must provide a valid photo identification and social security card at the time of interview
  • Must provide a completed application
  • Must be willing to purchase one set of scrubs for daily wear
  • Must pass a criminal background check and consult the Tennessee and/or National Abuse Registry for Children and Adults

Class Details:

We will be running a 3-week CNA class, followed by full-time employment at NHC Springfield. Candidates are chosen based on facility need, shift availability, flexibility, previous work history, and attitude.

Employment Opportunities:

Upon completion of the CNA class, employment opportunities may be available. We will consider candidates based on their qualifications and fit for the role.
