The estimated annual salary for this role is $110,000-$140,000.

Job Description

The successful candidate will prepare accurate quantity surveys and take-offs to assist in developing bids and the buy-out process. Key responsibilities include analyzing blueprints, soliciting subcontractor/vendor pricing information, and reviewing contract documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of construction estimating experience, a Bachelor's Degree in project management or a related field, and knowledge of plan reading and interpretation.
