Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, with benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as 401k plans.

Job Description

As an Educational Specialist, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluating and diagnosing their needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting evaluations and assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Developing individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student
  • Providing speech and language therapy in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Illinois State SLP License
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Prior school-based experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
