Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at Reliant - Lacamas Creek Post Acute in Camas, Washington. The ideal candidate will have a current Washington license and at least two years of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in LTC - SNF.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, days shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and making a significant impact in the healthcare community.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current Washington license as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
  • At least two years of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in LTC - SNF
  • Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
  • 2 current Clinical References
  • Physical
  • TB Records
  • Current - Tdap/Flu vaccinations
  • Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella or vaccination records
  • Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening upon accepting an offer
