Job Description

As a Psychometrist, Casual, you will be responsible for administering and scoring psychological tests under the supervision of a clinical psychologist or neuropsychologist. Your primary duties will include:

Test Administration

• Administer standardized psychological tests to assess various aspects of an individual's cognitive and emotional functioning.
• Provide patient support to ensure test reliability and accuracy.
• Record and score test results according to established protocols.
• Prepare reports on individual behavior during testing, highlighting any factors that may impact test results.

Testing Supplies and Inventory

• Manage testing supplies and equipment, maintaining accurate records and ordering replacements as needed.

Other Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a closely related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in administering psychometric testing.

Licenses/Certifications

• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Allina in-house training.
• Completion of a supervised practicum in psychological testing and assessment within 180 days.

Physical Demands

• Sedentary work with occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds.
