Medical Practitioner Lead

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions of care.
Candidates must have a graduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program and be certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred, with a strong focus on patient care and teamwork.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
