Job Title: Bartender - 45 North

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at 45 North, a signature location at Sugarloaf. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, mixing and matching ingredients to create classic and innovative drinks, and providing dinner service to guests seated at the bar.

Responsibilities:
  • Share your expertise on spirits, wine, and beer with guests, showcasing your in-depth knowledge of the bar and food menu.
  • Be knowledgeable about Sugarloaf and surrounding areas to answer guest questions and direct them accurately.
  • Execute precise opening and closing procedures, including pre-shift and post-shift tasks, and fulfill essential stocking and cleaning responsibilities during your shift.
  • Manage cash transactions, maintain accurate till balances, and calculate tip distributions with precision.
  • Promote a positive and productive work environment by engaging in effective communication with colleagues and management.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift up to 30 lbs without assistance is essential.
Qualifications:
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Candidates must either hold ServSafe certification or have the capacity to obtain it upon employment.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with TIPS training.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required is essential.
  • While previous experience is preferred, we are open to training individuals who are the right fit for the role.
