Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Analyst II to join our team at AbbVie. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing laboratory testing, interpreting data, and ensuring compliance with good manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain laboratory procedures to ensure a safe work environment and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform analytical and microbial test methods to support product and material release.
  • Interpret experimental data to determine conformance with product specifications.
  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve analytical techniques and instrument issues.
  • Propose and implement experimental design to determine exception root cause.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of laboratory experience; Associate's Degree with at least 4 years of lab experience; High School Diploma with at least 7 years of directly related laboratory experience.
  • Ability to work with general supervision and manage own time to multi-task.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
