Adjunct Faculty Instructor

We are seeking a qualified Adjunct Faculty Instructor to teach nursing courses at Ivy Tech Community College. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing education and experience in creating a learning environment that fosters student success.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality instruction to students in a variety of nursing courses, including didactic and clinical components.
- Develop and maintain course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Engage with students in a professional and cooperative manner, promoting a positive learning environment.
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices in nursing education.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana.
- Minimum of one year of experience in nursing education.
- Experience with adult learning theory and instructional design.
- Experience teaching nursing courses in a college setting.
- Knowledge of current technologies and educational software.
