The Job
We are seeking an experienced Compliance and Risk Management professional to oversee our compliance and risk management program. As a key member of the Housing Works team, you will work closely with the Compliance Officer and Director of Health Care Compliance to develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance and risk management program. This includes identifying, evaluating, and implementing procedures to mitigate risks, developing and managing a systematic process to identify, assess, and treat actual and potential exposures to loss, and coordinating reviews of medical information and root cause analysis for incidents identified.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of the compliance and risk management program
- Develop and manage a systematic process to identify, assess, and treat actual and potential exposures to loss
- Collaborate with the Director of Health Care Compliance to implement the Compliance and Risk Program for Health Services
- Maintain a risk management information system, collecting, evaluating, and reporting on events, incidents, and claims
- Perform statistical analysis and trending of events and claims to pinpoint high-risk areas for management attention

Requirements
- Four years of experience in compliance and risk management
- Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision
- Familiarity with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and working knowledge of Salesforce or similar software
- Commitment to working with low-income and marginalized communities, as well as individuals with multiple chronic medical and/or behavioral health conditions
