Job Summary and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong passion for rehabilitation nursing to join our dedicated team. As a RN on our Rehab team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our patients' recovery journey.
Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery. You will also be responsible for administering medications, providing education to patients and families, and maintaining accurate records.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Nursing: Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited institution
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse licensure in the state where you practice and/or Compact/Multi-State RN license
- Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
