GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our expanding team of retail professionals. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Motivate and guide a diverse team of 8 to 15 members to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Store Operations: Ensure the store is stocked with fresh products, maintain a clean and safe environment, and implement effective inventory management practices.
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales across all shifts, including implementing sales programs and promotions.
- Expense Control: Employ proactive methods to manage store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric mindset and ensure exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Recruitment and Training: Hire and develop customer-focused team members, providing ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Age: 18 years of age or older for AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO; 21 years of age for all other states.
- Experience: Retail and/or food management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing store operations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Proficient in inventory management, sales analysis, and customer service.
- Certifications: Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
