Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to become part of our Program Design & Planning team in Tucson, AZ. This position is responsible for the development, maintenance, and analysis of the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule, ensuring precise planning and efficient workflow. Key duties include reviewing and applying IMS coding, assessing critical paths, and delivering weekly and monthly planning metrics.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Incorporate program solutions into the IMS baseline plan
  • Develop compliant Integrated Master Schedules
  • Verify planned work for accuracy and thoroughness
  • Perform Schedule Risk Analysis and implement mitigation strategies
  • Provide planning metrics and critical path evaluations
  • Guide and mentor junior planners
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
  • Expertise in tools such as MS Project and Primavera
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
  • Possession of an active U.S. Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in technical, schedule, and cost integration within an EVMS framework
  • Knowledge of program life cycle and agile methodologies
  • Project management certification
  • Understanding of Cost Estimating/BOE generation

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a full-time onsite role in Tucson, AZ, with relocation assistance available. The salary range for this position is USD 96,000 - USD 200,000. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible work schedules, and additional offerings based on eligibility.
