Dispensary Associate

At Trulieve, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dispensary Associate to join our retail team. As a Dispensary Associate, you will play a critical role in guiding customers through their cannabis journey, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

• Provide empathetic and knowledgeable support to customers, addressing their questions and concerns about various products and their effects.
• Facilitate customer purchases while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to state regulations.
• Collaborate with management and shift supervisors to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
• Process patient orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely and effective delivery of products.
• Follow Trulieve policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.

• High school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in retail and/or customer service.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products and their effects, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for delivery driver role).
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check.
