Payroll Administrator

Job Title: Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Payroll Solutions. As a key member of our payroll processing team, you will be responsible for preparing client payrolls in accordance with wage and tax guidelines, processing garnishments, generating payroll documents, and tax reports for clients in the isolved HCM platform.

This includes:

• Processing weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payrolls for clients as well as after the fact payrolls.
• Generating quarterly and year-end payroll reports including W2s.
• Updating employee payroll information and adjustments per client requests.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a related payroll-processing role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll law and regulations.
• Experience working in the isolved payroll system.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
