You will provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure effective outcomes. This includes assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and monitoring quality care.

Patient Advocacy

Your role as a patient advocate is crucial in identifying realistic goals and outcomes, validating priorities with healthcare team members, and documenting progress towards expected outcomes.

Team Collaboration

You will work collaboratively with providers and other healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care, ensuring continuity of care and a smooth transition post-discharge.

Nursing Practice

As a registered nurse, you are accountable for maintaining competency through education and professional activities, ensuring adherence to professional practice standard guidelines, state statutes, policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.

Educational Support

You will identify patient/family learning needs, teach accordingly, and utilize computer resources to enhance patient education.

Requirements
  • A minimum of one year experience as a registered nurse
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
Compensation and Benefits

We offer an estimated salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and location. Additionally, benefits include opportunities for career growth, continuing education, and professional development within Prisma Health.
