Job Summary

The Associate Manager will assist in providing direction and motivation to our hourly team members, ensuring the execution of all positions, chores, and responsibilities to provide our guests with an exceptional dining experience and exceptional product quality. This role will also help to protect the brand by maintaining a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient, and quality work environment while effectively managing operational and product costs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direction and motivation to hourly team members
  • Ensure execution of all positions, chores, and responsibilities
  • Maintain a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient, and quality work environment
  • Effectively manage operational and product costs


Requirements

  • Restaurant managerial experience preferred
  • Excellent communications, supervisory, and guest service skills
  • Computer literacy; comfortable with Microsoft Office Software
  • Some college preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license and insurance
