Role Overview:

The Project Management Specialist will be responsible for managing projects of moderate size and complexity, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and within budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Initiation: Confirm customer requirements, including specifications and job site needs, while clarifying any discrepancies.
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project schedules and maintain communication with clients to align expectations.
  • Project Execution: Monitor project progress through kick-off meetings and regular updates, ensuring effective collaboration among all stakeholders.
  • Performance Monitoring: Lead the assessment of project performance, including task completion verification and issue resolution.
  • Project Closeout: Oversee the finalization of projects, including financial reconciliation and ensuring all deliverables are met.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, particularly in construction or electrical power distribution.
  • Strong understanding of subcontractor management and project financials.
  • Technical knowledge of facility systems, including power distribution and HVAC.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project is essential.
