We are seeking a dedicated Care Manager to provide exceptional care to our clients while mentoring and training our caregiving team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality of care and our caregivers have the skills and confidence to excel in their roles.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and maintain a pool of qualified caregivers to meet client volume and forecasted growth.
- Train and mentor new and existing caregivers on best practices for providing care, communication skills, and handling challenging situations.
- Develop and implement training programs and ongoing education opportunities for our caregivers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with caregivers, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve and grow.
- Assist with onboarding new clients, including conducting assessments, developing care plans, and coordinating with our team.
- Match caregivers with clients and schedule accordingly, introducing clients to their new caregivers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and their families, providing exceptional customer service and addressing concerns or issues.
- Act as a liaison between our caregivers and management team, providing feedback and suggestions for improving our processes and services.
- Provide hands-on care to seniors in our community, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication management, meal preparation, and companionship.
Work Hours:
- 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
- Occasional evenings or weekends, as required
- On-call duties regularly required
