Job Description

Suncoast Drivers is seeking a reliable and skilled CDL Class B driver to join our team in the Houston, TX area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver mail to USPS facilities and verify counts on pick-up slips.
  • Ensure mail is reviewed for proper dates, presort slugs, and a pickup slip is attached with each order prior to loading on the truck.
  • Maintain pickup and delivery schedules meeting deadlines utilizing software tools.
  • Return client damaged or undeliverable mail, following internal handling procedures for damaged secured mail.
  • Occasionally work on Saturdays depending on volume.
  • Drive vehicles from a van up to a Class B truck, load, and unload.

Requirements:

  • CDL Class B license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy packages.
