Your Profile
You are an enthusiastic team player who thrives in alignment with Alfa Laval's core principles: Action, Interaction, and Satisfaction. You are solution-oriented, adept at prioritizing tasks effectively, and executing them with precision.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with overtime as required, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and add value to components.
- Monitor output quality to identify, discard, or reprocess defective items.
- Maintain accurate daily production assembly records.
- Execute production tasks in accordance with ALPS standards and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
Physical & Environmental Considerations
Must be capable of lifting up to 60 pounds.
Ability to read Safety Data Sheets for various materials is essential.
