Job Summary

Chenega Industrial Group, LLC is seeking a skilled Laborer Fuels to support our team in San Antonio, TX. As a Laborer Fuels, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fueling systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the project Safety Plan by participating in all aspects of safety, including training and adherence to safety requirements.
  • Wear and use all required personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Participate in Quality Control and Safety Program to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Perform daily checks on company-provided equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Support other on-site crew members in fueling system maintenance, repair, and construction activities.
  • Operate typical construction site tools and equipment, including heavy equipment.
  • Maintain construction tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Work in confined spaces, as required, and perform debris clean up.
  • Travel up to 85% of the time throughout various sites in TX, AR, LA, and OK.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience as a heavy/industrial construction laborer.
  • Possess a valid State Driver's License and deemed insurable under company policy.
  • Ability to travel up to 85% of the time throughout various sites in TX, AR, LA, and OK.
  • Ability to complete OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety Course or equivalent basic orientation and safety training.
  • Ability to read, write, and receive written and/or verbal instructions in English.
  • Ability to complete Confined space entry training.
  • Ability to be trained/certified to operate specialized construction equipment.
  • Ability to use good judgment and common sense when performing job functions.
  • Ability to be punctual and possess the patience to work under stressful conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
