We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Full-time Optical Sales Associate in Neenah, WI.
This role involves providing excellent patient and customer service in the selection, ordering and dispensing of eyewear. You will also be responsible for analyzing patient eyewear needs, recommending specific lenses, lens coatings and frames, and assisting patients in selecting frames according to style and color.
No experience necessary, on-the-job training provided.
Responsibilities:This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Providing excellent customer and patient service according to company and Optical Center standards
- Analyzing patient eyewear needs
- Recommending specific lenses, lens coatings and frames to satisfy patient needs
- Assisting patients in selecting frames according to style and color
- Ordering and dispensing eyewear accurately and professionally
- Maintaining frame inventory
